By Paying a Deposit for a Booking the Client is agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions

In the unfortunate event that the Client has to cancel the Booking the Client must notify the Act in writing and shall forfeit any deposit already paid. The Client is also liable to make such further payment, as is required, to the following percentages of the fee:

Cancellation occurs ‐ Percentage of total fee payable.

Before 90 days prior to the event date – 50% of fee
Between 90 and 30 days prior to the event date – 75% of fee
Within 30 days prior to the event date – 100% of fee
